Refund Policy

Returns

At this time, we only offer free returns for customers who receive an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately on arrival and let us know about the error within 7 days from when your package arrives. We do offer a 7-day exchange policy for paper prints only, meaning you have 7 days from when your package arrives to begin the exchange process.

Exchanges

Fine are prints on paper are the only items eligible for an exchange at this time. If you receive your print and feel the colors or image is not right with your space, you can exchange your artwork for an equal or lesser valued item within 7 days of arrival by emailing hello@andreajacobsen.com. The item must be returned undamaged and in it’s original packaging. Shipment for the returned item and shipment for the replaced item will be passed onto the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Original artwork and canvas prints are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchasing.

Damages

All items are inspected and packaged intentionally with care to ensure your artwork is protected, however we cannot control the postal carrier’s process. Because of this, Andrea Jacobsen Art, LLC is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS), and is not liable for any damage incurred after arrival. Please be sure to keep your art in a safe location (keep away from water, liquids, fire, etc). Please ensure to frame your paper prints behind glass to protect them from humidity.

Not Delivered / Lost

If your package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, please check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect, however we are happy to forward any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, you will be invoiced for the forwarded shipping. If the address is correct, please contact the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. We are as disappointed with this situation as you are as we want every art experience to be incredible!

Cancelations / Refunds

We understand that at times duplicate orders are created on accident. Duplicate print (canvas and paper) orders are the only orders viable for a free cancelation and refund. Please reach out within 48 hours of purchasing so we can cancel your duplicate order. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund as all prints are created on demand and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our print shop.
