Originals & Fine Art Prints
Product Information
We care deeply about quality and have the products to show for it! Each of our fine art images begins with an intensive multi-week process that requires hours of high-end photography, digital color correction, multiple rounds of revisions, and more. Through this process, we aim to create an art piece where every square inch captures the magic and depth of the original itself.
All of our materials are museum-quality with archival inks to last a lifetime. Paper prints have a smooth matte finish, while canvas prints come with a gloss varnish finish.
Paper sizes refer to the paper's total dimensions and include a 1-inch white border. For example, an 18x24" paper print will have a 1-inch white border with a displayed image at 16x22".
Originals and canvas print sizes refer to the size of the image displayed. Rolled canvases come with an additional 3-6" border to allow for stretching after arrival.
Stretched canvas items come on the stretchers, ready to hang as soon as your item arrives! No need to bring it to a framer!
Rolled canvas items are a great option if you have unique framing preferences and/or you are shipping international! Rolled canvas ships rolled in a tube with an additional 6 inch border to allow for framing at your local frame shop.
Shipping
Original Artwork: Like all good things, oil paintings need special care and can take up to several weeks to dry before varnishing. However, paintings are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks of purchase. If your piece needs more time in the studio, we will reach out directly to communicate a new timeline.
Fine Art Prints: Each fine art print is created on demand with beautiful, high-end archival materials. Because of this, art prints typically take about 2 months to ship.
Depending on volume/demand, the lead time may extend as we prioritize quality over speed with all of our products. If this is the case, we will communicate a new timeline for when your piece will arrive. Thank you for your patience, we care deeply about ensuring your piece is perfect!
Original Artwork: Shipping for original paintings is available internationally! You will receive an invoice after purchasing with the shipping costs which must be paid prior to shipping the painting. Please note, import and duty taxes may also apply and are the customer’s responsibility for payment. All original sales are final, so make sure to check the UPS shipping estimate prior to purchasing! (Use 38401 as the ship from zip code).
Fine Art Prints: International shipping is only available for paper prints & rolled canvas at this time. It is a high priority for us to be able to offer international shipping on stretched canvas prints, and we will announce as soon as this is an option. Thank you for understanding!
Duty/Taxes: All items going outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Andrea Jacobsen Art, LLC is not responsible for these charges if/when they are applied and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Canvas Artwork: Original paintings and *stretched* canvas prints sizing up to 36x48’’ are professionally packed with acid free materials and secured with protective padding. Paintings are sent gallery wrapped on the stretchers, unless specified otherwise, and include a signed certificate of authenticity for original paintings. Original paintings also include full insurance for damages and/or loss, so please reach out immediately if your original painting arrives with any damage.
Stretched paintings larger than 36x48’’ are shipped via custom freight. Original paintings created off stretchers will be sent as rolled canvas.
Paper & Rolled Canvas Prints: Paper prints and all rolled* canvas items will be rolled with acid free wrapping paper and shipped in a protective tube. We attempt to ship items in as few boxes/tubes as possible, so the shipping containers my crossover if your order includes multiple sized items. All paper & rolled canvas prints are shipped USPS and/or UPS.
Original Artwork: You will receive an invoice after purchasing with the shipping costs which must be paid prior to shipping the painting. Fine Art Prints: A flat rate is applied at checkout depending on the item selected and the ship to location. **$75.00 fragile items packaging and shipping fee is applied at checkout for stretched canvas items.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are created on demand, we only offer free returns for customers who receive an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately on arrival and let us know about the error within 7 days from when your package arrives.

Fine art prints on paper are the only items eligible for an exchange at this time. If you receive your print and feel the colors or image is not right with your space, you can exchange your artwork for an equal or lesser valued item within 7 days of arrival by emailing hello@andreajacobsen.com. The item must be returned undamaged and in it’s original packaging. Shipment for the returned item and shipment for the replaced item will be passed onto the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original artwork and canvas prints are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchasing.

Damages
All items are inspected and packaged intentionally with care to ensure your artwork is protected, however we cannot control the postal carrier’s process. Because of this, Andrea Jacobsen Art, LLC is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS), and is not liable for any damage incurred after arrival.
*Please be sure to keep your art in a safe location (keep away from water, liquids, fire, etc). Please ensure to frame your paper prints behind glass to protect them from humidity.
Not Delivered / Lost
If your package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, please check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect, however we are happy to forward any packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, you will be invoiced for the forwarded shipping. If the address is correct, please contact the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
Cancelations / Refunds
We understand that at times duplicate orders are created on accident. Duplicate print (canvas and paper) orders are the only orders viable for a free cancelation and refund. Please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing so we can cancel your duplicate order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund as all prints are created on demand and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our print shop.

The Monthly Print Club
When you join The Print Club, you sign up for a monthly subscription to receive beautiful artwork each month! During the first week of every month, we will send you a beautiful 5x7" postcard art print with the accompanying poem on the back. The images are always a surprise, like an unexpected gift in the mail from a friend!
- One 5x7" postcard art print with the accompanying poem displayed on the back of the print.
- A letter from your penpal sister (aka me!). Who doesn't like a surprise letter from a friend? :)
- Packaging and postage is included in the price!
We ship internationally! Our global village of collectors all have access to the club!
Signups must be done by the 15th of each month to guarantee you will receive the following month's print club drop. For example, if you sign up by May 15th, you will receive the June print drop mailed out during the first week of June.
You can pause or cancel at any point! If you cancel after the 15th of the month, we will still plan to send your final art print during the first week of the following month. For example, if you cancel on May 16th, you will still receive the June print. After this point, you will no longer receive the monthly print.
We cannot control the post office and are not liable for any damaged or lost items; however, we want every art experience to be a good one. Please let us know right away if you do not receive your print by the end of the month & we will do our best to resolve the issue!
